Treating children
Having completed The Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture and having treated my three children I now work at The Little Acupuncture Clinic in Oxford, am a member of The Hub Of Paediatric Acupuncturists and treat all ages of babies, children and teenagers in my clinics near Henley and in Thame.
They come with a wide variety of issues from sleep and digestive issues to anxiety, hormonal problems and lingering illnesses. I also treat several neurodiverse children and young adults to help them cope more easilty in a predominantly neurotypical world.
There are many tools that can be used for children reluctant to have needles including acupressure, tuina (a form of massage), laser acupuncture pens, magnets, moxa, shonishin, cupping, guasha and lifestyle advice. Children tend to respond quickly to treatment so do not normally need to come for as many sessions as adults.
Do message me to ask more.
